Interests – Sarah has a special interest in reducing the risk and progression of chronic conditions such as Cardiovascular (Heart) Disease, Insulin Resistance, Type 2 Diabetes, Metabolic Syndrome and Osteoarthritis. Sarah has a background in Exercise and Sport Science and enjoys working together with all clients to improve their performance through sustainable diet and lifestyle change.
Background – Sarah is a qualified Accredited Practicing Dietitian and Exercise and Sport Scientist who understands that there is no one-size-fits all approach to improving nutrition and health. She takes the time to learn about how her clients’ eating and drinking patterns are influenced by their culture, mood, attitudes and social settings, so that she can personalise her interventions to their needs.
Personal Interests – In her spare time, Sarah enjoys teaching dancing, exploring new cafes with friends and – in true Dietitian style -experimenting with cooking (and eating!) dishes from new cuisines.
